Reference number : 1711364 The City of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson wishes to receive tenders for project # TP-202303-37 for the carrying out of dust suppressant spreading work consisting of 35% calcium chloride in liquid solution for years 2023 and 2024. Interested companies are invited to respond within the prescribed deadlines to this call for tenders by public call for tenders. All questions during the submission period should be directed in writing to the designated official. Tender documents will be available as of April 12, 2023 by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by consulting the website or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by them. Only bids submitted by bidders who have ordered documents from will be considered. In addition, the contract resulting from this call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
