Reference number : 1710653 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the disaster recovery of unit 1006 at Habitations Marie-Laure-Porcheron, located at 5600 Lasalle Boulevard in Montreal in the Verdun borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without being limited to it, the scope of work includes the complete interior repair of apartment 1006 following a fire disaster, including all finishes, replacement of doors, windows, as well as electrical and mechanical equipment. The accommodation is largely bare. The work will be carried out in a dwelling that is part of an 11-storey building comprising 155 dwellings intended for the elderly. During the work, the building will be occupied and the damaged accommodation will be vacant. WORKS DURATION According to the current plan, it is expected that the work will begin as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 130 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
