Complete removal and replacement of approximately 5575 square meters of EPDM membrane, ballast and fasteners, any required sub surface repairs and flashing. This project is contiguous and contains several sections on a 30 year old building located at 701 Souris Ave. Estevan, Saskatchewan Removal and disposal in a specific order of 5575 sq meters of EPDM membrane, Ballast material may be reused if suitable to be determined at mandatory sire viewing Roof Preparation - inspect and provide professional recommendation for any repairs to existing sub structure that may exist from previous water damage. Installation - Supply and Installation of approximately 5575 sq meters new material EPDM membrane. Ballast and fastener materials to sufficiently secure and protect new membrane. There are multiple parapets, roof access panels, HVAC openings, scuppers, plumbing, gas and electrical lines to navigate around for this project. Eight rooftop HVAC units are being replaced under a separate project, while not in scope of this tender, consideration must be given to additonal works ongoing in the project area that may impact normal operations. There will be a project coordinator from the city to assist with coordinations. All bidders must be in good standing with WCB. Preference will be given to those with a proven safety track record with a documented safety program or certification. We are seeking an alfound bid and all or any tender may be rejected at the Citys sole descretion Tender pacakages will be avialble at the mandatory site viewing.
