Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish approved Performance and Labor & Material Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $50,000. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. Time of Completion Bidder agrees to commence work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the project within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.
