Renovation of a municipal facility in College Park, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Due to only receiving one bid the project will be readvertised. No timeline at this time. The City of College Park is presently The Georgia International Convention Center is requesting the prospective Contractor be required to provide material, equipment, and installation. The new rolling steel service door will be replaced with customer-selected gray color rolling steel fire door to match other doors inside building. The Contractor shall: A. Remove and dispose of damaged fire door and operator. B. Provide all necessary equipment and material required to complete the removal, disposal, and installation of one (1) 20' x 20' rolling steel fire door. C. Furnish and install new 20 x 20 fire door and operator. D. Replace existing moving parts on existing door with new parts. E. Balance and adjust door. F. Cycle test door for proper operation G. Preform fire door drop test to meet fire door standards.
