Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Washington, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a swimming pool; for the demolition of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The Bidder will need to provide a Bid Bond and Payment/Performance Bond. See Specification Section 00 20 00 Instructions to Bidders for details. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities is reserved by YMCA of Washington County Board of Directors.The intention is to award a contract this Spring for precast wall and roof panels to be delivered in October of 2023.
