SJHH is seeking qualified and experienced supplier(s) for building automation systems (BAS) maintenance and repair at its Charlton and King Street Campuses. In general, the scope of services will include weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections and ad-hoc BAS repairs. The Successful Bidder(s) will carry out BAS maintenance services as directed by the SJHH Building Services Manager or delegate.
The duration of the Contract will be for a three-year period, with two, one-year options to extend. The total possible Contract duration is five years.
Subject to St. Josephs Healthcare Hamiltons reserved rights and privileges set out in this RFT, the Contract shall be awarded to the bidder(s) that submits the compliant Bid with the lowest Procurement Value, for each of the building automation systems identified in this RFT. For further clarity, the bidder submitting the compliant Bid with the lowest Procurement Value, for the Siemens system will be named its Successful Bidder and the bidder submitting the compliant Bid with the lowest Procurement Value for the Johnson Controls system, will be named its Successful Bidder.
Should the same bidder submit the compliant Bid, with the lowest Procurement Value for both systems, that bidder will be named the Successful Bidder and awarded the Contract for both systems.
Bidders are advised that any health service provider as defined in the Connecting Care Act, 2019, SO 2019 c 5 Sched. 1, and within the St. Josephs Health System, may review this document and participate in the resulting Contract under the same terms and conditions. As a result, bidders should consider while preparing their Bids that volume quantities may be significantly higher than the estimated quantities provided in this Request for Tender.
This RFT is open to all suppliers. All responses to this Request for Tender shall be submitted in English.
