The Project consists of various sewer system improvements such as dig and replace, CIPP lining, and various manhole & junction box replacements at various locations in Cheyenne, WY. Bids will be received for a single or separate prime Contract(s). Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
