By this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) the Corporation of the City of Cornwall (City) invites submissions from qualified Proponents with a minimum of ten years experience to qualify in accordance with the Evaluation criteria for eligibility to provide General Contractor services the Relining of Digester 1 & 2 at the Cornwall Wastewater Treatment Plant as further described in herein. This RFPQ is the first part of a two-part process and is open to all interested and qualified Proponents who wish to be considered for this project.
