The Project includes large scale earthworks, installing two keyways, new storm drainage system, joint trench, utilities, irrigation system, accessible path network and paving, prefabricated restrooms, and installing play equipment, picnic areas, and landscaping, and performing other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, and as specified in the Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions.
