New Firehouse Substation to the Brentwood Fire District located at 1171 Howells Road, Bay Shore, NY 11706 a certified check payable to the "Brentwood Fire District" in the amount of 5% of the bid price, liquidated damages or, in the case of a bid bond, the Brentwood Fire District shall enforce payment of the bond for its benefit. The bond must be on the outside of the bid envelope when submitting bid. No offshore bonds will be accepted. Bonding company shall be 'A' rated or better. Performance, Labor and Material payment bonds on the forms within the Specifications Book for the full amount of the contract are required and shall be included in the bid price.
