Renovation of a municipal facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,272-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
This Contract provides for the demolition and replacement of the roof of two buildings at 14 EAST CASINO ROAD. EVERETT, WA 98204. The roof area is about 25,272 SF between two single story buildings. This work based on the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Architects opinion of probable construction cost is approximately $515,000.00 This project must be completed within 60 calendar days. The project will be awarded by May 2, 2023 with the pre-construction conference scheduled for the week of May 8, 2023 and the Notice to Proceed is to be issued by the week of May 15, 2023.
