The project is located at 155 and 161 Homestead Drive, Boardman Township, Mahoning County, Ohio. 1.2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of stream restoration (daylighting) of a tributary to Cranberry Run with associated storm sewer improvements as detailed in the plan. Work shall consist of the following: 1. Remove existing 30" RCP, 48" CMP, and 54" CMP and replace with 48" HDPE or daylighted cross-sections as detailed on plans. Construct new segment of open stream. 2. Install ODOT HW-1 headwall and rock channelstabilization as noted outlet on plans 3. Remove and replace existing 18" storm sewer along or under Homestead Drive. 4. Site restoration including seeding and planting as detailed on plans. B. In general, these Specifications describe the work to be performed by the various trades, other than work specifically excluded. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and Subcontractors to perform all work incidental to their trade, whether or not specific mention is made of each item, unless such incidentals are included under another Item. C. It is advised that the Contractor and all Subcontractors familiarize themselves with the contents of the complete Specifications, particularly for the trades preceding, following, related or adjacent to their work.
