In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, Proposals for the material or services specified will be received by the , at the above specified location, until the time and date cited. Proposals received by the correct time and date shall be opened and only the name of the Offers shall be publicly read and recorded. Initial contract term shall commence upon governing board approval and be from May 8, 2023 and run through the completion of the project. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package with the solicitation number and responding company/entity name and address of clearly indicated on the envelope/package. Emailed or faxed responses will not be accepted. All Proposals must be written legibly in ink or typewritten. Additional instructions for preparing a Proposal are provided herein Supply all labor, materials, tools/equipment and subcontractors as needed to remove existing units.
o Supply all labor, materials, tools/equipment, and subcontractors as needed to install new units. Included but not limited to crane fee, electrical work, gas line work, Delta reconnect.
o Supply all labor, materials, tools/equipment, parts and subcontractors as needed to repair, rewire, install and reconnect new units to Delta Controls System.
o Replacement units should be of similar or better quality than existing; American Standard preferred but not required.
