The Project consists of the installation of five (5) horizontal air handlers with remote outdoor condensing units at the Opera House at 21 Central Avenue in the Town of Lancaster. Owner reserves right to reject any and all bids. BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A STATEMENT AT TIME OF BID INDICATING THAT THE BIDDER WILL WORK TOWARD A BUSINESS UTILIZATION GOAL FOR MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OF 25% AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OF 5%.
