Site work for a water / sewer project in Germantown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project is briefly described as follows: The existing channel is at the end of its useful life and requires frequent repair to maintain the concrete structure. Because of this, the existing channel is being replaced. The proposed concrete channel has been designed to convey the Q100-year storm event within a U-shaped channel as an improvement that can be achieved during replacement of the existing, aging concrete structure. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to accept a Bid containing variations from these specifications if the Bid so merits, and to accept partial Bids Each BID must be submitted on forms provided in the BID PACKET DOCUMENTS provided and either accompanied by a BID BOND, properly executed on the form provided, or a Certified check or Cashier's check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the TOTAL BID PRICE and payable to the City of Germantown General and/or technical questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the City of Germantown, City Procurement Director, by email at procurement@germantown-tn.gov Questions Deadline: 04/17/2024 at 4:00 PM CT
