Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Except as specified herein, perform all work in accordance with the Departments Standard Specifications, Supplemental Specifications, applicable Special Note s and Special Provisions, and applicable Standard and Sepia Drawings, current editions. Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the following work: Sidewalk and ADA Ramps: The project work involves ADA enhancements including the removal and installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, detectable warnings, and crosswalk striping at various intersections and locations. Care should be taken to avoid damage to adjacent buildings and other structures. Construct the sidewalk as shown on the plans. Any earthwork to place sidewalk and minor regrading will be incidental to the sidewalk installation. Standard Curb and Gutter. The gutter slope of the standard curb and gutter shown in the Standard Drawing is to be modified to ensure positive drainage and maintain a minimum slope of 0.50% along the gutter line.
