The foundations and the installation of the poles, mast arms, and hardware are not included in this scope of work. All work required for the project must be in accordance with the latest edition of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) M&S Standard Plans (6-14-40A) and the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2022 Edition, as modified with the City Special Provisions that are included as Attachment B.
