Reference number : 1712007 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (24 months) Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE-NATIONALE Project: 22-5832 Maintenance and inspection of boilers and other pressure vessels CIUSSSCN_____________________________________________________ The Project Manager is: Mr. Desire -Hermann Ohui This call for tenders is for the awarding of a contract for the maintenance and inspection of boilers and other heating units of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale as described below: - Ensure the preventive maintenance of the equipment listed in Appendix 2 or other equipment of the same type, by testing, cleaning, verification, calibration, tightening, repair, replacement or any other operation of preventive maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of this equipment. -Provide emergency service for service calls and respond to any service call, twenty-four (24) hours a day, weekdays, weekends as well as holidays. The SERVICE PROVIDER must provide all normal services that are usually required for this type of contract, including inspection, certification, repair, maintenance and testing of different types of boilers and heating systems, in accordance with the codes and standards on boilers, pressure vessels and piping as well as the requirements of insurance companies. The detailed description of the services required is presented in article 3.1 and the technical specificities of the equipment in Appendix 2. Inspections and maintenance must be carried out on an annual basis (see Annex 2), according to a schedule of probable dates of execution (see article 4.2.). The SERVICE PROVIDER must also be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, to respond to any urgent service calls. The CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale aims to award a service contract valid for one (1) firm year, and two (2) renewal options for an additional period of one (1) year each, either from: o From May 15, 2023 to April 14, 2024 (closed year); o From May 15, 2024 to April 14, 2025 (optional year); o From May 15, 2025 to April 14, 2026 (optional year). The SERVICE PROVIDER may submit a bid for one or the other of the two lots (02) or for all of the lots depending on its operational capacity. However, he must establish a price for all the installations or equipment of the same lot as well as for the three (3) years of the contract (see Appendix 3 for the price schedule). Each batch is treated individually and is the subject of a contract. Contracts are awarded to the lowest compliant bidder per lot. O Lot 1: Cleaning and inspection for the facilities in the Quebec City sector: includes all the equipment of the Quebec City establishments indicated in the price schedule. O Lot 2: Cleaning and annual inspection (to be carried out at the request of the CIUSSS de la Capitale Nationale): includes all the equipment available in the establishments of the CIUSSS de Capitale Nationale, apart from those indicated in lot 1.
