Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description Removal and replacement of concrete infrastructure at various locations throughout the Town of Parker. Work includes, but not limited to; 3150 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 2,100 lineal feet of curb, gutter and sidewalk, 3,800 square yards of sidewalk, pavement, cross-pan and handicap ramps. The Town shall have the option to renew this contract for subsequent years (with price adjustment).
