The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) is a leading global provider of research and sustainable management of natural and cultural resources on federal lands. As a center of excellence within the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University, CEMML can access campus resources to deliver cutting-edge solutions to environmental challenges. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources. CEMML teams work closely with installation Range Management offices to ensure that land management projects meet the requirements of training missions. CEMML's Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) expertise includes: Training Requirements Integration (TRI), Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM), Range and Training Land Assessments (RTLA), Sustainable Range Awareness (SRA), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) support. CEMML works at numerous military facilities on the Hawaiian Islands and intends to purchase equipment maintenance and repair services including parts supply via sole source from the below suppliers to maintain and service the diverse equipment used to perform these tasks successfully.
