Layout and preparation of the work site;
Partial deforestation, stump removal, crushing and stripping of the work right-of-way;
Site dewatering work, including the preparation and management of surface and ground water, and all equipment such as pumps, clean stones, filter point, etc., in accordance with environmental requirements;
Construction of the new wastewater pumping station (including process mechanical and electrical work) and redevelopment of the old one inside the school;
Extension and connections of the aqueduct, discharge and domestic sewer network in front of the school;
Construction of granular foundations for streets and in front of the school, etc.;
Construction of the storm sewer network;
Reconstruction of ditches;
Excavation and backfilling, earthwork, and embankments, cuttings;
Excavation and management of topsoil, cleaning, segregation and recovery, including disposal of plant debris;
Concrete work for sidewalks and curbs;
Street paving;
Sodding work;
Disposal of demolition and excavated materials in accordance with the requirements of the specifications;
The services, equipment and facilities required to ensure the safety of the premises and the stability of the existing structures that are being preserved at all times;
All services, equipment and labor required to carry out the works described in the plans and specifications;
Tests and inspections and commissioning of the pumping station;
Restoration of work sites and general cleaning;
Supply of warranties and final "as built" drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
