This project is located on West Main Street between Peach Street and Laurel Street within the City of Medford and Jackson County, Oregon and includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct storm drain, street, curb ramp, and sidewalk improvements. Pay items include, but are not limited to the following: 400 foot removal of curbs; 610 square yards removal of surfacings; 155 square yards removal of walks and driveways; 810 feet 12 inch storm sewer pipe; 800 feet 18 inch storm sewer pipe; 13 each concrete storm sewer manholes; 8 each concrete inlets Type 4A; 9 each concrete inlets Type CG-2; 605 square yards trench resurfacing; 135 square yards cold plane pavement removal; 140 tons aggregate base; 155 tons ACP; 600 foot concrete curb and gutter; 1,400 square foot concrete walks; 250 square foot pavement bar, type B. Completion date: December 22, 2023. The City of Medford may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so. All Bidders shall be prequalified with the City of Medford, as provided by law under Oregon Revised Statutes, at least 5 days prior to opening of bids.
