WORK SITE: Various locations throught the municipal streets and public complexes including but not limited to, Greenbriar, Greenbriar II, Princeton Commons, the Municipal Complex, the Pavilion, Wedgewood, Baywood, Ridge Road, St. Lawrence Boulevard, Lions Head North and South, Irisado Dr. and Lynnwood Ave. 4. WORK DESCRIPTION: Construction of pavement parkings, traffic lines, painted or thermoplastic symbols at various locations on municipal roadways and public property. 6. USE OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents are available solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and not to confer a license or grant for any other purpose. 8. BID GUARANTEE: Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount indicated in the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). 9. CONSENT OF SURETY: A certificate is required from a surety company stating that it will provide bonds in the form and amounts as stated in the Contract Documents. 12. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS: Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including the N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action) P.L. 1999, C.238 (Public Works Contractor Registration), P.L. 1963, C. 150 (Prevailing Wages) and P.L. 2004, C. 57 and P.L. 2009 c.315 (New Jersey Business Registration Requirements). The contract for this bid shall require that the contractor agrees not to discriminate in employment and agrees to abide by all anti-discrimination laws including but not limited to N.J.S.A. 10:2-1, as included in attachment of this document. 13. REJECTION OF BIDS: Township of Brick reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any Bid, if deemed in the best interest of Township of Brick.
