Scope of work to be performed : 1. Roof will be sprayed with WAC2 Cleaner, and cleaned with a pressure washer, All gutters and downspouts will be cleaned out. 2. Entire Roof will be sprayed with Conklin Tack Coat Primer, at a rate of 275 square feet per gallon. 3. Five-inch-wide Conklin Spunflex 2 Fabric Mesh will be imbedded in Conklin Benchmark Base Coat over a I I seams i n the EPDM. 4. Thirty-eight-inch-wide rolls of Conklin Spunflex Fabric Mesh will be embedded in Conklin Benchmark Base Coat over the roof. 5. All roof penetrations will be sealed with Conklin Seam Grade Caulk. 6. Conklin Benchmark Top Coat will be applied over the roof and parapet walls at a rate of 2 gallons per square.
