The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is soliciting statements of quality and performance data from Engineering firms (Consultant) for the purpose of performing services outlined below. The District desires to select a full-service firm who will be available to assist with all aspects of design, bidding, and construction administration for MEP engineering for the capital projects. Services will be on an on-call basis as needed to support the District's Long Range Capital Plan and potential Bond Issue Referendums. Services shall include but not be limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire System, Intercom, and Audio/Visual. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the District. It is the responsibility of all responders to review the entire proposal, seek clarification of any item or requirement that may not be clear, and check all responses for accuracy before submitting a response.
