Bids shall be delivered to: Cindy Windsor, Purchasing Manager Wayzata Public Schools Independent School District 284 295 Highway 55 Medina, MN 55340 Coordinate all work with Owner and Owners separate playground equipment Contractor. B. Install erosion control devices prior to beginning earth disturbing activities. C. Remove existing concrete curbing/stair systems around perimeter of existing playground equipment area and remove wood chip surfacing from interior of playground area. D. Remove existing catch basin structure and abandon outlet pipe. E. Strip sod and topsoil in new playground equipment area. F. Reclaim existing bituminous pavement in location shown to a depth of 8 inches. Grade and compact reclaimed material and place additional imported aggregate base as needed to achieve new finish grades. Adjust manhole castings and water valve boxes to be flush with new finish grades. G. Construct new modular block retaining wall and install ornamental fence as shown. H. Install new catch basin, storm sewer pipe, flared end section, and riprap. I. Construct new concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter systems. J. In new playground equipment area, construct perimeter concrete curb, establish interior subgrade elevations, and install new subdrainage pipe, drainage aggregate, and filter fabric.
