Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Phase 2 Description - CDHS has begun Phase 2 of this project by selecting Landmark EPC, who is contracted to complete a full ALTA, SUE, title, and easement survey deliverable of the entire CDHS Ft. Logan campus. The selected Architect/Engineering/Consultant team will be provided with these completed deliverables along with any and all additionally requested information, related to the completed Phase 1 project. The combination of these documents will be used in conjunction for design decision making in providing proposals & cost estimates for final selection by the CDHS team members. The design parameters for this phase will include, but will not be limited to, the replacement of sanitary & storm water sewers, improvement of storm drainage, replacement of fire and domestic water lines, replacement roadway pavement, parking lot pavement, sidewalks, curb & gutter, and for providing below grade conduits in concrete trenches for communication and security needs utilized with fiber optic cabling. There will also be consideration and coordination requirements provided for a new Neuropsych Facility, a.k.a "K-Complex", currently under analysis for either renovation or for full replacement. The selected Architect/Engineering/Consultant team will incorporate planningfor the possible increased service needs and for utility line service runs as part of this phase of the project. The final determinations for the Neuropsych facility will be known once the selected architect/engineering teams' contract is awarded. The work area includes: W. Princeton Circle (in front of the buildings), the south & north portions of S. Osceola Street off of W. Oxford Ave., S. Newton Street (north towards the K-Complex), a portion of grounds to the south of and around the K-Complex contain infrastructure and is included in this phase of the projects scope, the south portion of Lowell Boulevard off of W. Oxford Ave., and an east portion of S. Knox Ct.(See Attached Phase Plan within the Exhibits of this document) Respondent initiated email requests for clarification will be received any time on or before March 30, 2023 @ 10am. All State responses will be issued by email addenda and placed as an attachment to the original advertisement at the States VSS and placed on or before April 07, 2023 The pre-submittal conference will be held on: March 27, 2023 @ 10:00am Location of Pre-Submittal Conference : Ft.
