Brief description of the work: Replacement of Canadian sheet metal and standing seam sheet metal roof coverings on all roofs with new Canadian sheet metal and beaded sheet metal coverings Restoration and painting of building galleries, snow guards, cornices, drip caps, soffits, corbels and other components Replacement of fascia boards and porch floor boards Demolition and identical construction of a staircase New gutters and downspouts Repointing of five (5) brick pilasters Restoration and staining of wood windows and storm windows, skylights Any tender must, to be validly considered, be prepared on the form provided by the Municipality.
