Site work, remodeling and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lakewood, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.
Description: This contract provides for the construction of: Temporary staging and facilities, site security, and erosion and sediment controls; conversion of three soil infields at fields 2-4 to synthetic turf; conversion of the entirety of Field 1 to synthetic turf, including earthwork, subsurface drainage, irrigation modifications, fencing & ball control netting and accessories, masonry dugouts & furnishings, bleacher seating, press box, field lights and related electrical work; pre-engineered metal building including batting cage netting and synthetic turf surfacing; asphalt and concrete paving; site restoration and final cleaning.
