Please call Jerry 614-899-6180 if you have any further questions. PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. Single point contract will be issued for the General Trades, Mechanical Work, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Security, and the Electrical Work, according to the plans and specifications for the Hopewell Utility Cottage "D" change of use project. All demolition work, for all trades, will be a part of this contract. The sprinkler, fire alarm, and security work must be by Koorsen Fire and Security, Inc. Please contact Mr. Evan Constantinidis at 614-314-6027, or 614-853-5660. B. The general overall scope of the project is as follows, but not limited to: 1. Demo all bedroom windows. 2. Demo the existing blower 4-pipe fan coil units and replace in same location with same size new 4-pipe blower coil units. Provide piping and ductwork modifications as needed to install the new blower coil units. 3. Demo the existing ceiling mounted supply air devices and replace with new behavioral health ligature resistant type as shown. 4. Demo the existing low return air devices and replace with new behavioral health ligature resistant type devices type as shown. 5. Demo the existing lighting as shown and replace with new behavioral health type ligature resistant light fixtures. 6. Demo existing motor starter/disconnects for fan coil units and replace with new motor starter disconnects. 7. Demo existing switches in offices and replace with occupancy sensor/dimmers as shown on the drawings. 8. Demo existing sliding entry door. 9. Demo existing metal panel and vinyl siding below window openings. 10. Demo portion of existing interior masonry wall. 11. Demo portion of masonry pavers. 12. Infill bedroom window opening and provide security window as shown on drawing. 13. Infill exterior door opening as shown on drawings. 14. Install new door hardware on all exterior doors, see plans for details. 15. Install new two-way communication device, and access control system at locations per drawings. 16. Install new wood siding below all exterior windows as shown on drawings. 17. Patch existing ceiling per details, at existing lighting locations where removed. 18. Provide cutting and new blocking for ceiling mounted supply air devices. 19. Relocate existing receptacle to new wall near Mechanical Room as shown on plans. 20. Addition of electromagnetic locks, door security and fire alarm modifications as shown on the plans. 21. Infill with new concrete flooring at location where portion of brick pavers removed. 22. Install Generator Remote Annunciator Panel and provide wiring and final terminations. 23. Provide local controls as shown and called for on the drawings. A new campus BMS system is not required. 24. Install security film on existing exterior windows as shown on the drawings. 25. Provide work per the specifications shown on the drawings.
