Site work and renovation of a civil project in Ennis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will include approximately 775 LF of 24" PVC waterline, valves, and miscellaneous electrical upgrades. Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at Schaumburg & Polk, Inc., 320 S Broadway Ave, Suite 200, Tyler, TX 75702, and at Ennis Public Works Facility, 500 Lake Bardwell Dr., Ennis, TX 75119 A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract with the City of Ennis, Texas. The project is to be substantially complete within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed and shall be fully complete within 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Liquidated damages of $300.00 per day shall be assessed for any days in which contract time is exceeded. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Ennis reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
