The City of Mesa (City) is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified Contractor to supply parking garage and/or parking lot sweeping services. The City wishes to obtain the best overall proposed solution that facilitates the following outcomes: a. Safety in the performance of services rendered. b. Consistently deliver quality cleaning. c. Sufficient staffing levels to meet required sweeping specifications. d. Appropriate reporting methods to communicate to authorized City representative outcomes of preventative maintenance work including the need for repairs. e. Ability to perform work during off-hours to minimize disruption to the public and City staff. Questions concerning this Solicitation should be submitted in writing through the City of Mesa's Purchasing Website Vendor Self Service portal.
