Renovation of an educational facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description: This project involves furnishing, installing, configuring, and testing a new Replacement Boiler and Hot Water Tank for the Great Bay Community College. The Project will include but not be limited to the Disciplines of: demolition mechanical and electrical. Bidders should act promptly and submit all questions in writing to: matthew moore, director of capital planning and development, e-mail memoore@ccsnh.Edu A MANDITORY SITE VISIT WILL NOT BE HELD. Project Substantial Completion Date for work: Thursday September 28, 2023 Companies, corporations or trade names, except sole proprietorships must be registered with the Secretary of State (Corporate Division, Telephone No. 603/271-3244) in order to do business with the State of New Hampshire. Bidders must show three recent years' experience with installations of a similar complexity and cost and prior experience with installations of the materials within 50 miles of the project site. The successful bidder will be required to comply with State of New Hampshire RSA#21-1:81-a. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% payment and 100% performance bond prior to execution of contract. CCSNH reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in its best interest or to reject any or all proposals.
