The Township Invites Qualified Bidders to Tender for the Supply of All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Services Required for the Construction of Male and Female Changerooms in Accordance With the Drawings and Specifications Prepared by the Consultant, Cenyar Consultancy Inc. Pool building renovation including washrooms, changes rooms and lifeguard hut to meet barrier free requirements. 1. Project Scope includes the construction of: a) Re-construction of a new exterior pool changeroom building including a universal washroom, male and female change rooms, lifeguard hut and storage room. The existing chlorine room and mechanical room will remain and will be modified to suit the rest of the new construction. b) Design and construction of new electrical and mechanical systems to suit the existing items to remain and the new required items of the building. The design consultant will review the new electrical and mechanical systems design for any comments as needed. c) Design and construction of wayfinding and signage to suit the project.
