Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bothell, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Consultant will be tasked with providing an assessment of all seven playgrounds; measuring opportunities and constraints within the framework of any and all existing master plans and the Bothell Parks, Recreation & Open Space Plan. Analysis should include a basic ADA and inclusion assessment as well as recommendations for each playground. Park sites with playgrounds to be considered The Consultant will be able to provide all services required to complete the project. This work includes: Development of an overall project process plan that includes timelines Development of conceptual plans that identifies key issues and creative funding/fundraising considerations Provide a community engagement plan Alternative conceptual design plans and conceptual design plans The City reserves the right to terminate negotiations and open discussion with the next-highest rated consultant. This process will continue until a successful contract is negotiated or the City terminates the process. The method has not been determined.
