Renovation of an educational facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

In general, the scope of work includes visually reviewing and sounding all architectural precast concrete panels on the exterior of the building in coordination with the architect/engineer to identify repair locations. Repairs are to include but are not limited to patching of deboned thin brick units and underlying concrete; creation of soft joints between panels where currently not present; addressing exposed corroded reinforcement, performing local grinding and pointing; replacing failed or missing sealants; establishing primary sealant tie-ins between the panels and adjoining curtain walls; and cleaning of efflorescence of other stains. No partial sets allowed. Only those names on the plan holder list will receive addenda. Printed addenda, shipping/handling are additional. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder.
