As of September 11, 2024, this project is under construction. Project Description: The project will consist of utilizing the existing playing field surface and infrastructure with minor adjustments. The playing field is to comply with NCAA requirements for a competition field with lighting appropriate for television broadcasting. . Question Submission Close Date 4/12/2023 3:00 PM MDT Construction Budget: $16,200,000.00 . The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the proposal requirements and the selection criteria and Project Schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, March 31, 2023 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
