DFCM Construction-VBS Multi-Year AE Selection for ABS Store Projects. Construction Budget (will vary by store) $4-$6 Million The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the following project: AE Selection for DABS Store Projects Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services Various Locations, Utah DFCM Project # N/A By Utah law, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (ABS) is currently allowed to design and construct several new stores over the next few years to meet public demand. To accommodate this need, this solicitation will select one (1) AE who may be awarded architectural/engineering contracts for any of the new stores during the course of five (5) calendar years 2023-2028. The stores are typically 12,000 to 14,000 GSF and include, but are not limited to, the following spaces: retail sales, storage, office, restrooms, break room, lockers, and shipping /loading dock. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
