WWTP Aeration Improvements The Project consists of replacement of air header piping and support structures for the aeration basin and digester basin systems. 1. Replacement of Aeration Basin Air Header Piping a. Replacement of aeration air header piping from manifold to the six (6) aeration basin riser air pipes. b. Removal and replacement of coarse bubble diffuser piping system in mixed liquor channel. 2. Installation of Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls for Monitoring a. Installation of one air flow meters and isolation valves as shown on drawings complete-in-place. b. Installation of six (6) dissolved oxygen monitors complete-in-place. c. Installation of control panel, and fiber optic system to the WWTP entrance gate for connection of the new signals to the Owner's existing SCADA system for monitoring purposes. 3. Replacement of Digester Basin Air Header Piping a. Replacement of digester air header piping from manifold to the two (2) digester basin riser air pipes. The Project is located at the Webster Wastewater Treatment Plant, 855 Magnolia, Webster, TX 77598.
