Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,950-square-foot fire / police facility.

Contract documents call for A new fire station for the City of St. George to service the new development growing on the southern region of the City and support the fire services at the airport. The fire station is estimated to be 12,950 sf with living space to support (8) dorms, office & training spaces, and operations space to include (4) apparatus bays. All utility needed for the building to operate and other site improvements to make up roughly 120,000 sf of the site. An ancillary building footprint of 3,000 sf for equipment storage and a training tower is also included. Ceiling fans have been added to rooms 117 and 141. *Please be advised that addendum #4 has been issued for the St. George Fire Station #10. Included in this addendum are clarifications to landscaping/irrigation, rebar, low voltage, etc. No change to the bid date. Please review and acknowledge in your proposal.
