This phase of the overall project includes site clearing, earthwork, SWPP, storm sewer, concrete structures, final landscape, and other required scope for the complete detention pond work associated with a new grocery store located within Aspen Ridge Business Park, located just North of the Creek Turnpike on Aspen Avenue in Broken Arrow OK. Bid will be considered by OakTrust Development, LLC. OakTrust Development, LLC reserves the right to reject any or all Bids Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to OakTrust Development, LLC. The successful Bidder must, within five (5) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by OakTrust Development, LLC in the amounts equal to the Contract price
