The contract will have one (1) Proposal: Furnishing Materials. Bidders must bid on all items in the proposal.The proposal is for the procurement of sanitary sewer grinder pump stations, force mains and appurtenances. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percentum (5%) of the bid in the form of a certified check or bid bond subject to the conditions of this contract. ANY CONTRACT OR SUBCONTRACT RESULTING FROM THIS BID INVITATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE PRESIDENT'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS NO. 11246 AND 11375.
