Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cave Spring, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of construction of approximately 150 LF of 8" water main, 4,675 LF of 12" water main, a pressure reducing valve & vault, 6 fire hydrants, associated appurtenances, connections to the existing water system, and associated pavement restoration in Botetourt, Virginia. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Owner's primary contact, Joseph Arthur (email Joseph.Arthur@WesternVaWater.org). Bidders are referred to the Code of Virginia 54.1-1100 et seq. Minority Owned Businesses (MBEs) and Women Owned Businesses (WBEs) are encouraged to respond.
