Project scope shall include the expansion of existing wastewater treatment plant by adding a third treatment train which includes concrete aeration basins, clarifier, chlorine contact basins and aerobic digesters. The successful bidder must also provide a two-year (2) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 55 and the City of Iowa Colony. The undersigned proposes, if awarded the contract, to begin work within five (5) calendar days from written notice to commence work is given by the Engineer, and to have Final Completion of the work within three hundred sixty (360) calendar days from the date of the written notice to commence work.
