Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is official notification of a proposed Street Construction/Reconstruction project within the right of way of the City of Indianapolis, Indiana (the Project). This Project could include the design, construction/reconstruction of streets, sidewalks, curbs, ADA ramps, culverts, traffic signals, multi-use trails, storm water infrastructure and other infrastructure owned by the city of Indianapolis. The Project will also include a five-year duration of operations and maintenance of the assets. Questions and clarifications to assure full understanding of and responsiveness to the RFP requirements may be submitted to: Monte J. Ellis, City of Indianapolis, Department of Public Works monte.ellis@indy.gov Project Description: This project will include the design, construction, land acquisition (if needed), utility coordination, and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, curbs, trails, culverts, storm water facilities, ADA ramps and any other construction items within the project area in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana. All materials and labor are also included within the project scope. All assets of the City must be designed following all local and state design standards. The City desires for the firms to give us two options to consider: the first option is to be a full depth patching where the pavement requires it with a 4" Mill and Fill on the remainder of the street; and the second option is for full reconstruction of the street. Funding Sources: The City of Indianapolis, Department of Public Works will be using gas tax, allocated County Option Income Tax, Tax Increment Financing and other possible local funds to pay for the project expenditures. Project Location: This project will include the rehabilitation or reconstruction of the following streets within the City of Indianapolis, IN. Robbins Road from 86 th Street to Rock Hampton Ct; Ivy Tech Drive from Robbins Road to End of RW; Americana Blvd from Ivy Tech Drive to End of RW; Rock Hampton Court from Zionsville Road to Cul-de-sac and; Moller Rd (from 84 th Street to the Concrete Section).
