You may contact the following person if you have any questions or require clarification on any topics covered in this Request for Bid: Shannon Thomas Public Works Accounts Specialist Voice: 928-341-5204 Cell: 928-503-0617 Email: Shannon.Thomas@yumacountyaz.gov The COUNTY is requesting bids for Supply, Delivery and Application of Liquid Asphalt for the 2023-2024 fiscal year (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024). This material will be used in the maintenance of public roadways. 1.2 All material is to meet the specifications as defined in the Request for Bids and be approved by the COUNTY. Upon satisfactory completion of the work specified herein payment for the work will be made within thirty (30) days following the receipt of invoices. 1.3 Within approval of the successful CONTRACTOR(S), this contract may be extended for use by other municipalities and/or government agencies of the State of Arizona in addition to the COUNTY. Any such usage by other municipalities and/or government agencies must be in accordance with the ordinance, charter, and/or rules and regulations of the respective political entity.
