Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work included in the Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor and equipment required for construction of removal and replacement of HMA surface, utility coordination, excavation, installation of foundation and PCC slab, installation of pavilion, installation of fire place, installation of all necessary utilities and services, landscaping and restoration of disturbed areas and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Plans and Specifications.
