Frontage, Size, and Shape: The parcel has approximately 24 feet of frontage along Roll Avenue. The parcel has a rectangular shape with an area of approximately 2,490 square feet. Existing Land Uses: The parcel currently has a vacant residential structure. Visibility/Access: The Site has sole access from Roll Avenue Soil and Environmental: The Site is offered “as-is”.
