Renovation of an educational facility in Caledonia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The District is seeking; Main Court Lighting with dimming control Caledonia High School - Main Gym 9050 Kraft Avenue SE Caledonia MI 49316 1. Remove and dispose of (64) type KK fixtures 2. Provide and install (64) Cree KBL series LED fixtures (or equivalent - see attachment) and connect to the existing circuit 3. Provide and install low voltage wiring to the (64) new fixtures for 0-10v dimming control 4. Provide and install a dimming control panel 5. Provide new photometric study and print after installation. Note: there are 32 type PP fixtures present and functional in the space. These will remain in service. These fixtures are pending replacement as part of a second project IF needed. Selected provider will be responsible for all Consumers Energy rebate submissions; Rebates to be directly payable to Caledonia Community Schools. Selected contractor to provide scissor lift(s) for installation. Plywood will be placed by the vendor on the gym floor to drive scissor lift(s) on. Scheduling of the work to be done in cooperation with Caledonia Community Schools Operations and Athletics Departments. All bidders shall direct any questions and inquiries to Mathew Hess, Executive Director of Operations and Transportation HessM@CalSchools.org There is no scheduled site visit or prebid meeting, however, one can be scheduled upon request.
